David Shaw
Founder & CEO
A seasoned combat pilot, jet fighter instructor, flight and industrial safety engineer, and a decorated senior USAF Officer, Dave previously served as Global MD of Business Intelligence and Security Consulting for Kroll Associates, Principal/Partner for Arthur Andersen, and Global MD for Aerospace & Defense and Business Intelligence.

Dave has a strong track record of driving operating results and leading organizational development, having held CFO positions in multiple large organizations. His expertise includes Organizational Development, FP&A, Acquisitions & Divestitures, Strategic Planning, Operating and Management Systems, Treasury Operations, and Bank and Investor Relations.
Zach Basford
COO
Leading Operations, Zach is a Special Forces Green Beret officer with 20+ years of leadership experience dealing with complex problems in challenging environments. Zach has experience as a Cyber Defense Analyst and has headed the Information Security program in a large government organization.
Brian Beckwith
CTO
Leading Science and Engineering, Brian is a strategic and tactical IT Solutions Leader and Technology Consultant leveraging more than 25 years of success leading cross-functional teams. He is one of the leading voices for PSAP/911 cybersecurity and a frequent speaker at NENA conferences.
Melissa Irace
CISO
As Chief Information Security Officer, Melissa leads Intuitus's security strategy, governance, and risk program. She brings a demonstrated track record across information technology and security services, with deep expertise in enterprise risk management, risk and vulnerability assessments, incident response planning, and information assurance. A strong operations leader and team builder, she holds a Master's in Cybersecurity from the University of Washington.
Rodmy Rojas
SOC Manager
Leading the SOC team, Rodmy has 15+ years of IT and cybersecurity experience and has forged elite cross-functional teams in both the US Army and private sector. As Intuitus's SOC Manager and Lead Analyst, he steers strategic projects and develops our people through mentoring and an adaptive, people-focused leadership style.
