David Shaw
Founder & CEO
David Shaw founded Intuitus after five decades in cybersecurity, global consulting, and national security. He held senior leadership roles at Kroll Associates, KPMG, and Arthur Andersen, following a 20-year Air Force career as a fighter and instructor pilot, commander, and decorated senior officer. He teaches Cybersecurity and Risk Management at the University of Washington, chairs the Pierce County Workforce Development Board, and leads Intuitus operations in Africa and Southeast Asia.
Dave Bitter
CFO
Dave has a strong track record of driving operating results and leading organizational development, having held CFO positions in multiple large organizations. His expertise includes Organizational Development, FP&A, Acquisitions & Divestitures, Strategic Planning, Operating and Management Systems, Treasury Operations, and Bank and Investor Relations.
Zach Basford
COO
Leading Operations, Zach is a Special Forces Green Beret officer with 20+ years of leadership experience dealing with complex problems in challenging environments. Zach has experience as a Cyber Defense Analyst and has headed the Information Security program in a large government organization.
Brian Beckwith
CTO
Leading Science and Engineering, Brian is a strategic and tactical IT Solutions Leader and Technology Consultant leveraging more than 25 years of success leading cross-functional teams. He is one of the leading voices for PSAP/911 cybersecurity and a frequent speaker at NENA conferences.
Melissa Irace
CISO
As Chief Information Security Officer, Melissa leads Intuitus's security strategy, governance, and risk program. She brings a demonstrated track record across information technology and security services, with deep expertise in enterprise risk management, risk and vulnerability assessments, incident response planning, and information assurance. A strong operations leader and team builder, she holds a Master's in Cybersecurity from the University of Washington.
Rodmy Rojas
SOC Managing Director
Leading the SOC team, Rodmy has 15+ years of IT and cybersecurity experience and has forged elite cross-functional teams in both the US Army and private sector. As Intuitus's SOC Managing Director and Lead Analyst, he steers strategic projects and develops our people through mentoring and an adaptive, people-focused leadership style.

With over 40 years of experience in global and domestic business development, Brad brings deep understanding of strategic growth, market identification and expansion, and entrepreneurial leadership. Known for aligning technical solutions with real-world challenges, he brings a blend of vision, critical thinking, and analytical insight to every opportunity.
Tony Balevski
Field CISO, Healthcare
Tony spent 27 years in hospitals before he got into cybersecurity. He started on the operating floor as a surgical and anesthesia technologist and later worked in enterprise EHR environments. He was there with clinical teams during ransomware attacks that hit while patients were still in care. That’s why he doesn’t think about clinical operations and information security as two different things. Today his work is focused on agentic AI identity, third-party risk, and incident response.
Jim Hogan

Jim Hogan brings more than 30 years across hospitality, tourism, real estate and infrastructure in Australia and the Asia-Pacific. He has served as CEO and Senior Consultant at PT Honora Mondial Jasa Wisata, Managing Director Operations for a major integrated development in East Kalimantan, and Executive Director of Tourism Training SA. He has advised developers, investors, government agencies and universities across Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia.
