James Dennis Hogan is a seasoned senior executive and consultant with more than 30 years of international experience across hospitality, tourism, real estate, land development, education, and infrastructure throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

His expertise includes hotel and villa development, mixed-use projects, feasibility studies, master planning, project and operational management, stakeholder engagement, and investment advisory.

He has held senior leadership positions including CEO and Senior Consultant at PT Honora Mondial Jasa Wisata / PT THI, Managing Director Operations for a major integrated development in East Kalimantan, and Executive Director of Tourism Training SA in Australia.

James has successfully advised developers, investors, government agencies, and universities across Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia, bringing extensive experience in multicultural and complex development environments.

He holds advanced diplomas in Business, HR Management, and Tourism Management and is fluent in English with intermediate proficiency in Indonesian.
